* Aligns with System Managers and customers on suitable time slots for transition.
* Responsible to secure that service windows are approved by all stakeholders according to plan.
* Handling the formal communication within the service window approval process as well as the formal communication regarding approval after transition.
* Knowledge - have education within the area, some complexity
* Experience - 3 to 5 years within current area, have participated or performed in several similar assignments
