Description
Our client are world leaders within the telecommunications sector.
They are looking for the following:
o Candidate should have prior experience in defining Digital strategy for the Desktop Agents.
o Candidate should be able to work with Client to rationalize the Desktop agent roadmap (from 15-16 tools been used currently ) to 5 or 6 tools.
o Candidate will be engaging with the Countries and helping them align to the Digital roadmap for Contact Center.
o Analyzes data and processes to develop viable, business-driven and cost-effective solutions: gathers information; tests and probes assumptions; analyzes data; interprets systems requirements, using current and emerging technologies to develop and validate effective solutions; collaborates with system architects and business sponsors, using appropriate analytic techniques to promote continuous improvement.
Dutch speaking is mandatory.
