My Client, a global Technology company are looking for a Sales Excellence Manager
The Western Europe Sales Excellence Manager is responsible for driving breakthrough improvements in the execution for the Small and Midmarket Solutions & Partners (SMS&P) business and Enterprise Product Group (EPG). The person is accountable for the Operational Excellence of Surface within an Area, for the quality and impact of Business Insights upon which decisions are made, and for the Sales Leadership needed to embed world class selling within their respective businesses.
In the context of the transformation of the Sales Excellence organisation in Western Europe we are looking for candidate to deliver Sales operations support to our WE subsidiaries.
The role reports into the Surface Device Lead and will be in charge of a set of sales operations workload in SMSP and EPG working both with WE HQ stakeholders and the subsidiaries teams
Job Requirements
Candidates are expected to
-Have previous experience with Microsoft SMSP and EPG in a Sales Excellence role
-Analytical capabilities with a good understanding of the devices business
-Good communication skills and able to drive a business conversation with customers over the phone
