I am currently recruiting for my client, a Large UK Bank who are currently recruiting for a Service Provision Improvements Lead to join their Group Operations division within the Account Management Unit in London.
Key accountabilities;
- Governance and Reporting: Works closely with the Accountable Executives, Functional Heads and other stakeholders to provide regular reporting and status across all aspects of the proposed improvement initiatives and its outputs.
- Monitoring and Control: Defines, embeds and manages an appropriate set of improvement activities following best practice control processes, continually reassessing this throughout delivery and amending approach as appropriate to ensure the right level of quality and accuracy is achieved and that business goals are met.
- Internal Relationships: Builds and maintains internal networks to develop buy-in from appropriate stakeholders and ensures the smooth and effective delivery of improvement activities to completion.
- Risk: Continuously evaluates for contractual, financial, risk and regulatory compliance and progress to plan and engages with a diverse group of stakeholders (typically up to and including Executive level) to highlight issues arising and influence appropriate actions.
Skills;
- Strong experience of delivering Change and Improvement - Suggests innovative ways of doing things and thinks through how they can be implemented - Learns from others and continually reviews practices and processes
- Good understanding of roles responsibilities of key people across BU's - Gains trust and respect of key people within BU's, Divisions or functions
- Strong Risk experience - Anticipates and mitigates risks in a timely manner, takes responsibility for implementing plans to respond to threats
Rate - £370-£420
Location - London
Contract - Until end of 2016
