Description
My client requires a highly experienced individual with experience in mortgage regulation and knowledge of current developments to develop the capability of on and offshore compliance teams.
The client is developing an offshore compliance function and wants to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge and experience to handle a growing share of the mortgage advisory and regulatory activities including query resolution, project support, product governance and participation at meetings.
The successful individual will support the transition of technical compliance and regulation to the offshore function and will create and deliver the plan, risk & resolution log, structured audit trail and confirm the delivery of the planned project
Experience required;
Experienced individual with a minimum 5 years regulatory background
Technically competent in mortgage regulation and current developments
Senior management experience
Motivated, driven and proven track record of delivery in role
Project management skills
Ability to explain complicated issues using clear intelligible language to a range of different audiences
Good interpersonal skills
