Interim Financial Controller (Recruitment):
We are looking for an Interim Financial Controller (Recruitment) for a fast-growing IT recruitment business in the beautiful Chiswick Business Park in Chiswick, West London (Gunnersbury, District Line).
The IT recruitment business has tripled in size in the last 18 months and the gaps between front, middle and Back Office have become more apparent. The Interim Financial Controller (Recruitment) will be responsible for tying these three disparate entities together.
The Interim Financial Controller (Recruitment) will work closely together with the board to analyse the AS-IS situation, map workflow and business processes from front to Back Office, define the TO-BE situation, make recommendations on new middle, Back Office and accounting IT systems and processes needed to tie it all together and then execute the process of transformation. Once complete, the Interim Financial Controller (Recruitment) will help recruit a permanent replacement for themselves.
The Interim Financial Controller (Recruitment) will ideally have the following experience:
- Extensive recruitment industry experience gained from performing similar roles for several other recruitment firms
- Senior financial controlling experience
- Senior experience in the selection and implementation of IT systems, particularly of a Back Office and accounting nature
- Senior experience in process mapping
