Quality Technician
Quality assurance of specialist industrial equipment
Location: Newton Aycliffe
Rate: £11.82p/h PAYE
6 month contract on day shift with some flexibility to support demand
Joining this global manufacturing leader, you will provide quality assurance and control support to the product team managing the QA process including inspection and product testing.
You will ensure the timely release of products following verification operating in this efficient and dynamic working environment.
In addition, you will support continual improvement in the lab and workshop environment driving lean and 5S activities working to strict industry regulatory requirements and impeccable internal procedures.
Candidate
With previous experience in an inspection or product testing role, preferably within a lab environment you should have excellent attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
With an understanding of the QA and QC life cycle you will have lean, continuous improvement or six sigma appreciation and ideally have experience conducting root cause analysis.
