SCCM Windows Support Imaging Desktop Support - SCCM, Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, ITIL Denmark Danish speaker needed.
SCCM Windows Support Imaging Desktop Support Analyst is required to work for a large organisation to deal with all aspects of Microsoft Support. You will have strong service desk, desktop support experience, preferably gained within an ITIL environment, with good knowledge of SCCM, Windows, Active Directory (AD) and Exchange.
The Desktop Support role will involve supporting users over multiple sites; dealing with all aspects of Microsoft supports both over the phone, remotely and face to face. Must have excellent communication, customer service skills.
