Senior Quantity surveyor - Highways - Transport - Civil - CSCS
Our client is a system integrator and network operator who now requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major highway England project. They must have a high level of highways and civils experience and have a clear track record of working in a bidding environment.
You'll:
- Prepare and review of target costs of key civils suppliers
- Prepare and review Cost and Value management
- Provide commercial and financial information for Bid
- Procurement and management of supply chain
- Prepare and review Commercial documentation and agreements
- Ensure compliance with standards and procedures in respect of commercial activities
We're looking for:
- Degree or equivalent level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related construction subject
- Demonstrable highways maintenance & highways civil engineering experience preferably with a contracting organisation, particularly under the NEC suite
- Preferably qualified or working to an ICES or RICS accreditation
- Relevant CSCS Card
- Word/Excel/Contracting IT systems
