Middle Officer Finance Immobilier IFRS CPA/CFA SPV - Paris , contract.

Role:

  • Preparing of funds forecasts and variance analysis (including IFRS and cash aspects; follow of the sales forecasts )
  • Reporting for Fund Management on foreign entities,
  • Client Reporting, Mandatory Reporting,
  • Current Risk and Performance Measurement
  • Further development of reporting standards and systems
  • Global IPD project - joint project team leader

    • Steering of transversal topics

    Qualifications/required profile

    • Degree in Business Administration (Controlling or Finance)
    • First experience of minimum 2-3 years in audit, financial control or management control
    • Experience in the real-estate and property business would be a plus
    • Confident use of the programmes Excel
    • Skills in IFRS
    • Fluent in spoken and written English and ideally good notions in German
