Functional Analyst (Technical Background in IT Risk)

I am currently hiring a Functional Analyst (Technical Background in IT Risk) for a long term project. My client will offer an initial contract of 6 to 12 months and the opportunity to work with the latest technology in a progressive environment. The client will also require you to do some European travel as part of the role.

The right Functional Analyst (Technical Background in IT Risk) will reinforce the team of functional analysts and assist the project manager or the asset manager on the realisation of projects or the maintenance of existing Risk assets. You are the point of contact for users during all phases of the project or for the daily management of the assets.

Your tasks will consist of:

  • Analysis of new requirements. Proposing solutions together with the users and the different stakeholders within IT (I&O, architects, other IT teams).
  • Elaboration of detailed functional designs in collaboration with the business analysts
  • Execution of impact analysis, estimation of required effort
  • Drafting test plans, organisation of integration tests, validation of test results
  • Support during User Acceptance Tests
  • Drafting and maintaining documentation
  • Performing the necessary research in case of operational problems
