Essential Skills:
³ Involved in Installing Genesys Framework, configuring, Integrating and testing complete End-to-End Outbound Genesys.
³ Must have experience on WFM/Pulse/MI
³ Created the genesys agent desktop test cases based on the requirements.
³ Explored the outbound functionality in the genesys e nvironment.
