Description
A Top Tier Investment Bank are recruiting for an SME Onboarding and Product Fulfilment to join their Digital Transformation for Corporates (DTC) Programme which is a transformational and high priority programme to deliver a step-change in our corporate digital capabilities
- Providing expert input on business models, rules and processes to other members of the cross-functional delivery team
- Responsible for reaching out to the relevant Business Unit expert(s), gathering and syndicating required input
- Providing expert input on competitor capabilities and product offerings in End to End Onboarding & Product Fulfilment to other members of the cross-functional delivery team
- Ensuring that the cross-functional delivery has accurate and up-to-date business information and a clear understanding of business requirements
- Providing a business perspective on the testing of releases prior to pilot user roll out.
- Assisting the Digital Development Manager and Business Analysts in collaborating with front-line teams (sales, relationship managers, relationship bankers, client implementation and client integration) or support teams in the business throughout the product build
- Will need to be adept at identifying and managing input from the business, to ensure the appropriate information roll-outflow.
