Description

We have a vacany for a Customer Support Engineer - Subscriber Data Management (SDM/HLR ) to support a project in Greece.

Requirements/Key Tasks:

  • Installation and/or commissioning and/or integration activities.
  • Technical/customer acceptance testing.
  • On-site support at customers premises participating network operation service, when applicable.
  • Emergency Duty Week 24/7 availability requested 2 weeks per month on average.
  • Travelling availability to perform the actitivy is requested 20%. That will be in Athens and Thessaloniki area.

Personal Skills:

  • very good knowledge of Nokia SDM, One-NDS, NT-HLR products
  • fluent English language is needed
  • applicants must be eligible to work in Greece?
