Description
We have a vacany for a Customer Support Engineer - Subscriber Data Management (SDM/HLR ) to support a project in Greece.
Requirements/Key Tasks:
- Installation and/or commissioning and/or integration activities.
- Technical/customer acceptance testing.
- On-site support at customers premises participating network operation service, when applicable.
- Emergency Duty Week 24/7 availability requested 2 weeks per month on average.
- Travelling availability to perform the actitivy is requested 20%. That will be in Athens and Thessaloniki area.
Personal Skills:
- very good knowledge of Nokia SDM, One-NDS, NT-HLR products
- fluent English language is needed
- applicants must be eligible to work in Greece?
