Responsibilities:
- Strong liaising with top management and customers for reception, assessment, evaluation and prioritization of new requests/demands
- Portfolio/Pipeline Management, definition and execution of Pipeline Management governance model
- Proven track record in international portfolio planning management and monitoring and control
- Portfolio Management in an Agile environment and management of the organization’s portfolio/pipeline management artifacts, decisions, communications, metrics and reporting
- In depth resource management experience
- Build strong relationships with customers, top management and other pipeline stakeholders to achieve efficient resources demand planning, change management and portfolio/pipeline planning decisions
- Extensive experience with enterprise PM tools (JIRA/Confluence) and MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel, Access, Sharepoint) skills
- Project Management core competencies
- Portfolio/Pipeline Status Reporting to the Head of the PMO, Head of Services and Solutions and Regions’ Managing Directors
- Promote active and open communication among all stakeholders to ensure aligned process take-up and increased compliance on the execution of the Pipeline Management Process
Qualification
- 10+ years of experience in International Portfolio/Pipeline Management, software Company background mandatory
- Strategic and top level management visibility, interaction and reporting
- Extensive, profound multi-national client-facing and client management experience
- In depth SDLC knowledge and structured project management methodologies – Agile and PMI
- University educated mandatory, Master degree recommended
- Fluent English language
- Flexibility to travel
