Description
Our global client is looking for a Senior Process Consultant for its teams in Denmark and Sweden to implement the IT Security Baselines.
The ideal candidate must have:
Experience with creating detailed yet simple, clear and pedagogical Work Instructions, in alignment with process requirements (on a level of details that include eg screen shots showing which buttons to press in a tool).
Knowledge about and experience with Remedy will be an advantage.
He/she should be good at relating to people, a good listener, and also capable of taking own initiative and propose solutions, when clear answers are not already in place.
