Marketing Manager

Responsible for developing, delivering and managing propositions and Worldpay Marketing campaigns for the UK SME payment acceptance market. Focussed on delivering against business targets in sales, retention, engagement and income. Working closely with sales, product and commercial teams.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Development of Marketing propositions to drive Worldpay new customer numbers
- Managing existing propositions and campaigns to ensure they are working and hitting KPI's
- Sales team interface ensuring that our propositions and marketing campaigns are delivered and used to drive customer numbers and hit commercial targets
- Work with agencies and insights to team to develop marketing campaigns
- Work with the training team to develop necessary training plans either for the whole sales team or at a targeted levelmercial teams.
Who we are looking for?
Effective project manager, focused executor, commercially savvy, good influencer with excellent communication skills and degree educated (Ideally Business or Marketing), or relevant in job experience.
Knowledge: An understanding of B2B SME marketing and ideally the payments market
Experience: Background in proposition/promotions campaign development and management, GTM planning and supplier/agency management. Experience in tech or finance preferred. Experience working with sales teams. Additional Requirements: Understanding of the payments sector is ideal, but not essential
