Our client, a leading telecoms company, are seeking an Optimisation Engineer to join their team in Paris , France.
You will be working in a team of very skilled RNO Engineers dedicated to 2G/3G/4G optimisation technical support of site swaps.
Customer care
- Provide 2G/3G/4G optimization technical support to customer teams.
- Reach customer satisfaction according to daily expectations
- Undertake the technical 2G/3G/4G optimization support to optimization teams.
- Understanding and keeping under control the customer issues with the proper communication to the client.
Communication
- Provide daily/weekly report to management team
- Increase customer satisfaction and confidence by ensuring all issues identified are dealt with and provided a solution within the required timeframe.
Technical competence:
- Proven GSM/WCDMA Radio network planning and optimization experiences
- Excellent GSM/WCDMA system knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of usual performance management tools
- Swap experience is required.
- Must speak French
- SFR experience is a plus.
