Large financial institution is in need of an Operational Risk and Oversight manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to risk & compliance policies and external frameworks
- Provide direction and motivation to the oversight team
- Plan and execute oversight reviews encouraging continuous improvement.
- Responsible for the delivery & quality of outputs for the team
- Providing insight and leadership for tactical cross-skill oversight across all risk disciplines.
