Smart NOS Network Optimization Consultant

We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to join their project in China.

Position Title: Smart NOS Network Optimization Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: September 2016
Duration: 12 months initially
Location: Beijing, China

Responsibilities:
- Research the network development trends; output the best practices based on the advanced experience of network design in the industry; promote and reduplicate Smart NOS project experience.
- Based on the industry characteristics, summarize the network performance baselines to be used as the industry optimization standard.
- Enrich the follow-up Smart NOS service product module based on the customer's O&M requirements in order to enhance the competitiveness of service products.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 15+ years of IP network experience and 10+ years of IP design and optimization experience.
- Extensive experience with leading network design and optimization projects in the finance, energy, and transport sectors.
- Extensive experience in the field of network optimization, familiar with the enterprise network evolution future direction of the customer's network.
- Well familiar with the mainstream network architecture of the enterprise networks and have a deep understanding of network requirements from varying industries.
- Well familiar with Cisco and Huawei devices and have a thorough knowledge of IP protocols such as LAN/OSPF/ISIS/BGP.
- Holder of CCIE or HCIE certificates.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
