Description
Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Support Operation Rediness based in Dublin, Ireland.
Key requirements:
*Good understanding of cross border payment flows, especially wire flows
*Good understanding of receivable processing
*Understanding of block chain concepts are beneficial
*Support UAT testing
*Provide hand-over to operations
*Manage production verification code eating (PVT)
*Manage issues post live to BAU
*Create BRD documentation and get sign-off from stakeholders
*Participate in activities OR are needed to support for app creation
*Participate in project meetings as needed and give project updates as needed
