We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to join their project in China.

Position Title: ICT OSS Solutions Architect
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: September 2016
Duration: 12 months initially

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ICT OSS solutions architecture, including fault management system, performance management system, process management systems, WFM system, CMDB and other integration architecture - familiar with the concerns and difficulties of the systems integration and customization work between different systems and multi-vendors.
- Responsible for automatic reporting, alarm correlation, effects analysis, intelligent scheduling, automatic dispatch and other specific automatic operation architecture.
- Support delivery and evaluate the pre-sales & delivery customized solutions.
- On the basis of ICT OSS industry requirements, provide ICT OSS portfolio recommendation and support the partners authentication & selection.
- From the total solution perspective and based on industry-leading experience, provide the evolution roadmap for the Client's business development.
- From the industry perspective, share experiences with the Client's OSS team, as well as support the building of ICT OSS knowledge management system.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor or above degree in Communication/ Computer/ Software or related domain.
- 10+ years of ICT experience, 3+ years of architecture design and development experience in operation automation.
- Flexibility in OSS relative systems, rich experience in ICT OSS solutions architecture design.
- Professional with strong learning skills, with ICT OSS frontier-technology research skills.
- Working experience in ICT OSS or proficient with ICT OSS systems of HP, BMC, ServiceNow and IBM.
- Good oral and written English skills but fluent speaker.
- Chinese language is highly preferred and will be given priority.
