FM Mechanical Engineer Supervisor
An FM Mechanical Engineer Supervisor with refurbishment/refit experience is required to work on a short term contract for our Engineering client based in Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity working for our leading engineering company and will run until the end of November 2016.
Overview of the FM Mechanical Engineer Supervisor contract role
An FM Mechanical Engineer Supervisor is required to manage suppliers and in house teams to support all maintenance activities as well as making sure all refurbs/refits are completed on time and to specification.
Key skills required for the FM Mechanical Engineer Supervisor
- Planned maintenance experience.
- Refurbishment or refit experience.
- Quality assurance attributes - verifying paperwork (tech reports and h and s statutory certificates etc.)
- Mechanical product experience like Oil/Gas/Boilers/Water works/Electric etc/air handling units.
- Experience running maintenance teams.
- Must be able to attain SC clearance.
The role is based in Fort Halstead, Kent - commutable from Chatham, Gillingham, Gravesend, Faversham, Sittingbourne, Maidstone and Dartford with excellent access from London and Essex.
