Looking for a IT Security Officer for a long term assignment working for an international bank in Amsterdam. You will work closely together with numerous stakeholders, project leads, implementations and activities with experts in the field of information security. Every employee within the team or project has specific responsibilities, knowledge and experience.
As the successful Security Officer, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing the first line on information security controls.
- Speaking to stakeholders and assessing the maturity of certain processes and products in the field of information security.
- Contributing to the QA process of the team and being involved in initiatives to improve services
- Identifying the shortcomings and risk and come up with solutions to solve them. This requires (technical) information security knowledge as well as conviction and tenacity.
We are looking for someone with experience in:
- IT Audit & Risk Management
- Knowledge of Risk Frameworks (Cobit, NIST, ISO, etc)
- Certificates like CISSP and CISA
- Strong communication skills
- Banking experience
