Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level functional and technical support to end users
- Optimize the current solution and implement business change requests
- Support the internal ERP system
Qualification
- 3+ years of solid Dynamics AX experience (modules G/L, F/A, A/P, A/R, Service management, Project module, Procurement)
- 3+ years of ERP experience
- Previous in a functional, service desk, or support role
- Ability to work in a fast paced and team oriented environment, where change is constant
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Analysis

- English fluency
