Senior Electrical Designer - Shipbuilding
A Senior Electrical Designer with Shipbuilding experience is required to work on a twelve month contract (with the possibility of extension) for our defence client based in Cumbria.
This is a 12 month contract with a leading UK defence company.
Overview of the Senior Electrical Designer contract role
A Senior Designer (Electrical) with 3D Integration experience is required to work for our defence client in Barrow. Defect management and resolution would be required as well as a working knowledge of schematic diagrams. Must have shipbuilding experience.
Key skills required for the Senior Electrical Designer
- HNC or equivalent in relevant Engineering subject
- Shipbuilding experience is essential
- Electrical designer with skills in 3D integration
- Experience with FORAN/TRIBON
The role is based in Barrow in Furness, Cumbria - commutable from Carnforth, Milnthorpe, Lancaster, Morecambe, Penrith, Workington, Whitehaven and The Lake District.
