- "The Global Cash Cash Processing Specialist is an entry level position responsible for processing various clients' capstock, expenses and other cash transactions. In addition, the specialist is responsible for cash clearing account reconciliations, cash breaks resolution and timely inquiry responses.
- Accurately process clients' cash transactions. These include capstock, expenses, wires, book transfers, expects and foreign exchange.Meet all client deliverables in accordance with Global Cash Servces procedures and controls. Research and resolve all client cash inquiries in accordance with Global Cash Services procedures and controls. Ensure timely and accurate responses to internal and external clients.
- Work closely with the client, Client Service teams, Treasury, Funds Transfer, and Transfer Agents to foster strong working relationships. Promptly escalate sensitive/risk issues to management.Assist coworkers when needed.
- Continually cross train with other colleagues to assist with coverage during absences.Enhance quality and efficiency by identifying workflow improvements.
- Efficiently utilize BBH systems and tools/cash products to maximize productivity. Keep abreast of market changes and impact to cash processes/settlements.
- Understand and monitor cash restrictions and penalties in local markets to avoid potential risk to the client and/or the firm. Maintain a solid understanding of cash practices and deadlines by market.
Qualification:
- BS.BA Degree, and/or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years global custody experience
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Strong aptitude for numbers and 100% accuracy on tasks completed.
- Willingness to take on and learn new tasks.
- Ability to work closely with coworkers.
- Desire to provide superior internal and external client service.
