Ops Engineer
One of my leading financial services clients in Leeuwarden is urgently seeking an Ops Engineer for a long term contract paying excellent rates. This is an indefinite assignment. If you like it, you will never have to leave.

The Ops Engineer will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% of the following skills:
- Experience as an ops engineer is mandatory.
- Experience with third party products is preferred.
- Experience in one of the mentioned products is preferred.
- A minimum of four years' professional experience, relevant for or comparable to this job
- Analytical skills, needed for incident resolution (root cause analysis)
- Hand-on approach to quickly create PoCs
- Analytical skills and drive to improve the way we work
Tooling utilities/packages:
- Speech Recognition
- Workforce Management
- Recording (Voice, chat, video, etc)
- Dialer (outbound dialer, Preview, Progressive and predictive dialing)
- Windows
- Linux
The Ops Engineer being a part of the utilities team, you will be responsible for implementing the right solutions for:
- Recording solution for voice/video/chat (on premise)
- Workforce management
- Speech recognition
- Automated dialler
