Are you looking to make a difference within the transformation of Procurement within Public Sector?
My client is looking for a Category Specialist on 6-month contract to work in partnership with colleagues to ensure value for money and identifying needs of their stakeholders. You will be assisting my client in putting together a framework to support Capital Projects for the next 5 years.
You will be running big tenders and mini competitions for contractors
Co-operating with other departments to standardise the current processes and procedures
You will have the confidence and expertise to challenge stakeholders to work collaboratively to agree best value
CIPS Qualification desirable but not essential
OJEU Tendering experience desirable but not essential
Tendering Frameworks knowledge advantageous
