We are recruiting for a Corporate Pensions Operations Manager to lead the Scheme Support function for the Corporate Pensions Investment Review (CPIR) Project. The role will initially involve the recruitment and setup of the support team and to develop and embed detailed processes, interface to CPIR and Capita/Equiniti and RRD as required as well as contributing to the specification and test of the CPIR Tracker Database.
To be successful in role you will hold the following preferred knowledge and experience:
- Experience of People Management - essential
- Proven experience of engineering and managing processes - essential
- Strong MI and reporting experience - essential
- Experience of designing and delivering operational change - essential
- Pensions experience - desired
- Previously worked within Finance Services - essential
- Project Management experience - essential
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
