Profile description:
- 3-5 years' experience, Ideally in the Pharma industry
- Ability to analyze and break down a process, with the intent of streamlining it and making more efficient
- French fluent/mother tongue with good knowledge of English
- Dynamic person, good communicator
- Ability to work in a team and easy to reach out to
- Good knowledge of Windows Applications
- It would be good if the candidate is a certified Green Belt
- Good project management skills
- Operational mindset - being on the shop-floor, understanding operational constraints
- Pragmatic person with a Lean mindset to drive our improvement plan
Mission responsibilities:
Analyze current processes
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principle to existing processes
- Support the team in process re-engineering, eliminating waste
- Find ways to make our structure more efficient and performing
- Participate in CTSO projects, as assigned by the Head of Operations
- Lead Problem Solving Sessions and identify bottlenecks and problem areas
Specific professional/technical expertise and key skills required:
- Interpersonal skills: ability to work in a team, ability to negotiate without imposing
- Professional and technical competencies: lean Six Sigma principle - Green Belt certification is a plus
Communication skills: good communicator in French, with a fairly good knowledge of English
