SAP HR Business Analyst- 1 Year - BelgiumStart Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 Year (+ extension)
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Languages: English (French + Dutch - nice to have)
For one of our market leading clients in Brussels we are currently urgently looking for an SAP HR Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will work as a functional analyst and provide the testing of HR applications and Requisition to Pay for a variety of mini projects answering to specific requirements of the business.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years SAP HR experience (MM/ Testing / Analysis)
- Multiple full life cycles experience
- Ability to identify and analyse requirements of different users to then translate them to IT department for implementation.
- Ability to test change requests after implementation (UAT)
- Specialist requirement analysis / process analysis skills
- Large understanding of the HR tool and ability to act as bridge between business and IT
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
