- Analysis and handling of Mandatory Corp. Actions (split, merger, spin-off)
- Analysis and handling of Voluntary Corp. Actions (optional dividends, capital increases, purchase offer, exchange offer), with the preparation of notification to be sent to end clients
Your qualifications
- Profound experience in back office
- Familiar with corporation action domain
- Impeccable English
- Italian, French and German of advantage
- Flexibility
