Your tasks:
- Set-up planning of industrial activities for a product which is in a volume ramp up state
- Secure that the targets for test time, test costs and Yield are achieved
- Creation of the work breakdown structure and the project plans with tools, e.g. Microsoft Project and Open Workbench
- Cost and resources planning of the industrial activities
- Risk management and FMEA
- Regular management reporting of the project status
- Support of the project gate meetings and exception review meetings
- Execution of regular team meetings
- Follow the CMMI and BCaM processes
Your qualifications
- Extensive experience as a technical project-leader
- Experience as a project-leader within the semiconductor industry (industrial or test development area beneficial)
- PMI-certification beneficial
- Motivated, self driven personality, communicative
- Capable to work in a multi-site-team
- Impeccable English skills, German skills desirable
