Role
We have a contract opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance (Test) Manager to work on an 'E2E Mass Market' project for our client in Stockholm, Sweden.
This role is for a senior Quality Assurance (QA) Manager with the following responsibilities:
- Program QA manager for end to end validation of new CRM, order processing, and billing system solution
- Establish, approve, coordinate quality standards, test plans, test strategies, test reports and other test-related deliverables to meet program requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, test managers, analysts, architects, internal teams and external suppliers in order to secure quality of delivery within project time frames
- Collaborate with external suppliers for commitment on deliverables, schedule, and way-of-working
- Communicate status and issues as needed with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Report to the Program Manager and other key stakeholders as needed
Required skills/experience:
- Solid experience in Telecom BSS solutions- Strong of experience in an IT-Solution QA role
- Strong experience in an IT Solution Manager role
- Experience in verifying CRM integrations and product information modelling in Siebel.
- Experience working in Clarity and Jira
- Senior manager with the ability to build good relationships

The initial contract duration is for 8 months, with likelihood for extension.
