We are urgently looking for a Service Manager for a Lucrative contract based in The Netherlands for one of my leading financial clients.
The Service Manager will perform the following responsibilities:
- Coaching
- Managing
The Service Manager will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% of the following skills:
- Deep ITIL knowledge
- ITIL - (experience as a trainer)
- Proven ITIL implementation experience
- Coaching experience
- Strong experience in supplier management (operational) (also in ITIL process) People manager
