Description

We are urgently looking for a Service Manager for a Lucrative contract based in The Netherlands for one of my leading financial clients.

The Service Manager will perform the following responsibilities:

  • Coaching
  • Managing

The Service Manager will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% of the following skills:

  • Deep ITIL knowledge
  • ITIL - (experience as a trainer)
  • Proven ITIL implementation experience
  • Coaching experience
  • Strong experience in supplier management (operational) (also in ITIL process) People manager
