Description
- To provide support to PFP Partners, Advice Support Consultants and Customers in all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact through point of sale into ongoing service
- Leads sales support team to contribute to the delivery of agreed standards and departmental KPIs
- Manage escalated service issues and complaints on behalf of the team, regions and customer
