I am currently recruiting for a Finance/Admin Support Assistant to work in Coventry on a 6 month contract basis!
Responsibilities
- Support the elaboration of financial forecast on cost centre dimension
- Drive and monitoring improvement costs initiatives within the FSO
- Periodically tracking on actual costs against forecast
- Support line managers with financial control and provide training when required
- Prepare financial performance report by region and areas
- Monitor the time report from all billable resources
- Support and prepare business cases for new demands
- Financial control on spending
- Organization of documentation and records
- Assistance with cost centre queries and cost centre reporting
- Support for management and staff with time recording and cost centre financial control and planning

- Experience of managing some of the Activities/Responsibilities noted above
- Ability to work with MS Office (strong knowledge on Excel)
- Familiar with SAP
- Flexibility to work extra hours on high picks and closings period
- Finance experience
