Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming Enterprise Mobile Management service queries.
- Providing front-line Customer Service Support and assign unsolved issues and queries to specialist teams i.e. 2nd/3rd engineers.
- Monitor and manage calls by chasing the specialist teams and customers where required to ensure resolution within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Liaising with service desk team, user portal support, technical teams, subsidiary IT contacts, and end users.
- Perform administration tasks and produce Service Desk weekly / monthly statistics and reports.
Qualification
- 2+ years of customer service / help desk experience in IT industry (smartphone customer service preferred)
- Knowledge of Mobile Application Management and experience in Enterprise Mobile Administration
- Strong MS Office Skills and good documentation skills
- Proactive and persistent customer focused individual with good verbal and written communication skills in English (Korean would be a plus)
- Flexible for shift pattern work and employment contract of 11 months fixed in Chertsey, UK
