Component Delivery Team (CDT) Controller - 14 months contract - Broughton, Chester

A leading Client of Modis is looking for a Component Delivery Team (CDT) Controller to be a business partner for the operation team, supporting the business in there financial performance. The CDT Controller person will manage recurring costs, full labour analysis and non payroll analysis of the programme.

The CDT Controller will be involved in the support of change within the business and supporting key projects delivering cost and labour performance benefits. Day to day work is in support of the full RC perimeter looking at costs delivering monthly and weekly reporting to the business. Risk and opportunity tracking to the business, also analysis of impacts of programme changes. Main interfaces are the Head of CDT, Manufacturing Managers and support function Managers.

As the CDT Controller you will ensure planning, control and steering of an enterprise and/or specific functions. To manage targets, workload and workforce and to support discussions and decision making at Management level. To challenge and support the business in terms of financial and operational/performance improvement.

CDT Controller main activities of the role:

  • RC Cost Analysis
  • Financial Reporting both monthly and weekly

CDT Controller technical/functional skills:

Mandatory

  • Excel
  • SAP
  • Microsoft Office

Desirable

  • CIMA

CDT Controller experience:

Ideally from degree level of education with knowledge of finance in a manufacturing business
