I am currently recruiting for my client, a world-wide know bank, for a Team Leader to sit within their remediation transformation programme currently running and expected to run into June 2017.
The role holder will lead a team of 14 currently working on several thousand cases.
Accountabilities;
Lead a large team of analysts
Quality Assurance on teams work, making sure it is up to company standards
The role holder will be required to effectively prioritise development tasks to ensure business requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner and are fit for purpose.
The candidate must have the following skills/experience;
Proven ability in a dedicated team leader role
Extensive knowledge and experience of commercial banking (products etc)
Background in compliance based roles
Strong decision making abilities
Location - Birmingham
Contract Length - 6 months
