- Help Desk Support
- 2 - 3 years experience in Helpdesk role
- Good Communication Skills
- MS Office
- Call intake, registration & prioritization primarily.)
- Call resolution and closure (if in own span of control)
- Call dispatch to other services/helpdesks
- Monitor status of the open calls
- Execute Standard Change Procedures (create, modify and remove user accounts )
