Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands
Duration: 6 - 12 months+ Extendable

Job Description

  • Help Desk Support
  • 2 - 3 years experience in Helpdesk role
  • Good Communication Skills
  • MS Office
  • Call intake, registration & prioritization primarily.)
  • Call resolution and closure (if in own span of control)
  • Call dispatch to other services/helpdesks
  • Monitor status of the open calls
  • Execute Standard Change Procedures (create, modify and remove user accounts )
  • Reporting
