Commercial/Licencing Manager - SAM - Infrastructure - Cheshire - 6 months - £MR
Gibbs S3 are currently recruiting for a Commercial/Licencing Manager with Software Asset Managment experience to be based with a large client in Cheshire. This role is initially 6 months but subject to extension and is paying Market Rate.
Key skills:
*Self-starter, able to work unsupervised and self-directing. A strong team player.
*Procurement background is preferable but not essential, including negotiation, consolidating requirements to assist in formulating strategies for contract renewals.
*Has contributed to the selection of vendors through structured sourcing processes including price and contract negotiations
*Experienced in Software Licence Management - understanding different Metrics and how usage is calculated across different infrastructure technologies
*Adept at influencing others even when position is not initially shared by others.
*Analytical ability to help drive out root cause identification and pro-active service improvement
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organisation
*Demonstrates initiative and competence; supports and encourages positive working practices in others
*Identifies opportunities for improvements in internal processes and assumes ownership to ensure successful outcome
