Wireless Engineer/RNO Engineer - 6 month contract - Lyon (Must be fluent in French & English)
Technical competence:
Proven Huawei 4G/3G/2G experience.
Sound knowledge of OSS Huawei management
Proven GSM/WCDMA Radio network planning and optimization experiences
Excellent GSM/WCDMA system knowledge
Excellent knowledge of usual performance management tools: SW suite required such as Mapinfo, Actix/Nemo and performance management datamining tools such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.
Swap experience is required.
Directed satisfaction customer, autonomous, force of proposal and to show synthesis
Excellent internal and external communication
Linguistic capabilities:
French - English - Fluent
Essential Experience:
+/- 6 years in the 3G/2G BSS Network Planning Optimization with at least 1 year in 3G Huawei and Nokia UTRAN planning and/or Optimization.
Excellent GSM and UTRAN E2E network skills
Team working and Field operations skills
Proficient with Actix/Nemo/Atoll
Proficient with OSS performance management post-treatment layers concept such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.
Excellent experience of BSS/UTRAN protocols analysis
Mobility: Business trip to be envisaged in different cities in France/countries in Europe
