Description

My client a leading technology enterprise is looking for an IT Vendor Manager to join their team based in Sweden for a 12 month long contract. You will act as the main interface to IT vendors for processes, governance, quotes, queries, invoicing and contract management.

Key responsibilities:
-Having a close liaison with Global IS Shared Services offshore
-Owning agreements with new/existing key Infrastructure hardware and services vendors
-Driving vendor performance with internal stakeholders
-Monitoring contract status in consolidation with stakeholders/procurement/legal
-Negotiating new/existing contracts in conjunction with Procurement/legal
-Establish KPIs to evaluate IT Vendor performance and deliveries
-Follow up on and evaluate KPIs
-Align with and plan for strategic IT goals

Skills and experience:
-5+ years working with IT contracts
-IT Vendor management
-Working in a large, complex international company
-All aspects of contract management from collection of requirements through to contract completion and invoicing
-5 years of experience working with Supplier/Vendor contracts related to Infrastructure
