Description:
- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. First point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products.
- Responsible for generating revenue through invoice billing to customers. Ensure costs are setlled appropriately to customer contract or warranty information. Works closely with the field organization to provide internal support on work order related items.
