The role will involve managing the relationship with a third party provider. Managing any change requests through both the 3rd party and the bank. Managing a small team
The Manager
You will need to have experience of mortgages banking operation. It is essential that you have experience working with a BPO provider or motgage administration. Have exceptional people skills to manage a group of complex stakeholders
