Senior Project Manager #
Malmo, Sweden(Remote/off-site work possible; some travel required outside the primary working site)

Role
We have a contract opportunity available for a Senior Project Manager for a project in Malmo, Sweden. The role is to assist our client in theCRM Test and Learn. That includes: d ata analysis and securing the statistical quality in all tests in all countries both during planning and concluding phases for the Test and Learn project.
Responsibilities:
- Work very closely with SMEs to make sure expert knowledge within CRM and expert knowledge within statistical analysis are combined
- Define KPI's for the country tests
- Produce insights and determine success on KPIs where availability of customer data is challenging
- Secure that the right control groups are used
- Define success criteria's for tests
- Analyzing data and concluding test results
- Together with the team give recommendations based on test result
- Make sure an aggregated view of all test results is available
Required Skills
- Able to draw conclusions on test results done in similar contexts
- Able to translate data science language to inform stakeholders who are unfamiliar with the context and the technical details - Expert in data analysis and statistical significance analysis
- Solid presentation skills
