Major Incident Manager #

Role
We have an opportunity available for a Major Incident Manager to work on a project for our client in Stockholm, Sweden.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incidents including major incidents
- Responsible for all processes in Incident, Problem and Change (IPC) during operations and will drive the service integration function (own and drive other vendor's IPC)
- Coordinate with offshore IPC team for Change and Problem Management activities
- Coordinate any incident or discussion at onsite along with onsite service delivery manager. Send messages in Swedish to stakeholders
- Manage Service support and service delivery activities in-line with ITIL best practices
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and assist teams to execute service improvement initiatives
Required Skills
- Solid incident management experience in a production environment
- ITIL processes knowledge and experience
- Experience of processes in incident-problem-change (IPC)
- Problem management
- Service support and service delivery activities in-line with ITIL best practices
- Good at coordination and collaboration
- Managed a team (preferably in an international setup)
- Swedish speaker
Nice to have:
- ITIL certification

Swedish and English
