Sr. Product Owner - Agile
Excellent opportunity to work closely with stakeholders on critical enterprise programs and develop User Stories and requirements while transforming the team from Waterfall to Agile.
You will be integral to building new features associated with high profile enterprise programs and working to develop requirements and user stories as you instill Agile methods from the Product Owner forward. This requires an ability to learn the current state and then begin working with two major business units merging programmatic initiatives forward in a highly integrated approach. Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Software SDLC and SOA/Middleware are necessary to help guide this process. Ability to develop release plans, process flows, user stories in a complex environment working with technology partners collaboratively is essential.
This is a great environment, team and organization, long term contract, central perimeter location.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree - IT related
- 5+ years experience as a Product Owner
- Demonstrated experience developing user stories, process flows, business logic
- Demonstrated ability working with business and IT
- Strong Agile Methodology knowledge
- Excellent relationship management, communication, collaboration, consensus building, roadblock removal
- Solid skills with MS Project, Visio, MS Office
